The work you put in can lead to real change.

When you begin to better understand your emotions and patterns, things start to shift. Over time, many clients notice changes not just in how they feel, but in how they respond.

More confidence in navigating relationships and challenges

I work with people who feel things deeply.
If you’ve ever wondered why your emotions feel so intense, you’re not alone, and you’re not flawed.
You might react quickly and later wish you had handled things differently.
You might shut down when conversations start to feel overwhelming.
You may find yourself stuck in the same patterns, the same arguments, the same reactions, even when you’re trying to do things differently.
There can be a part of you that feels out of control, and another part that feels frustrated, ashamed, or confused about why it keeps happening.
That can feel exhausting and isolating.
I work with people who are self-aware enough to notice these patterns, but still feel stuck in them. People who care deeply about their relationships, but struggle with how intense their emotions can become.

Therapy that helps you respond differently.

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical skills to manage intense emotions, slow down your reactions, and communicate more clearly. These are tools you can use in everyday life, especially when things feel hardest.
At the same time, we explore the patterns underneath your responses, where they began, and how they developed. Not to judge them, but to understand them and begin to change them.
The goal isn’t to change who you are.
It’s to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more confident in how you show up.

Feeling heard has always mattered to me.

As someone who is emotionally sensitive, I was always drawn to the role of a therapist, even from a young age. There was something special and comforting about the idea of having a space where someone could feel heard, understood, and not alone in what they were going through.
That early curiosity stayed with me and grew into a desire to do this work in a meaningful way.
Over time, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to have a space where you can slow down, talk openly, and begin to make sense of your experiences.
Feeling understood isn’t just comforting; it’s often where real change begins.
